Laker stadium lights affecting the noise in the crowd posted on 06/01/2009
Has anyone notices the last two to three years that staples center had probaly the darkest lighting in the nba. They call it stadium lighting to make "when your there" look like your watching a play or a movie, but my question is when you watch a movie or play you are quiet, darkness makes you quiet so why would you want to quiet your home crowd. Sure maybe a little bit of darker lights in the seating would be good but not enough to take the crowd out of the game.

Who made lebron the king??? posted on 06/01/2009
I do not understand how people since lebron had came into the league been calling him the king. What has he done?? sure he is a great player very athletic barely has to jump to slam but come he has to at least win something to be considered a king. If anything he should be known as the king of cleveland. If someone can tell me how he became known as the king I would love to know because everytime I hear hes the king it pisses me off, and it needs to stop

Better matchup for the lakers orlando or cleveland??? posted on 06/01/2009
So the lakers have just made it to the finals, not to the surprise of any laker fans as we have all assumed this since the loss last year the the celtics blah. Now that the lakers are going to be facing orlando which throughout the whole playoffs I was predicting to get there is actually a worse matchup for the lakers. Cleveland while they are a good team I do not believe they would have even got passed the celtics this year without garnett. Sure the lebron vs kobe would have been an awesome thing to see but cmon, we all know lakers would have easily dominated the series like we did durning the regular season. Orlandos Dwight Howard is going to be a problem for the lakers big men gasol and a still not back to norman Bynum. Gasol is just to small for howard which is going to need a double t
